Research and Development (R&D)
The most significant feature of production at Egesembol is the technology it possesses and the quality of its products. Highlighting the importance of the product where it is used, Egesembol simulates the behaviors of all its products in the Research and Development department.
All results obtained are transformed into product molds in a pattern shop with technology well above standards, established within Egesembol.
After being tested on finished mold test extruders to check system operation, it is delivered to production.
Quality Control

Continuously improving all processes for efficient operation, Egesembol tests entry, process, and final controls in its fully equipped laboratories in accordance with RAL GZ 716 standards.
Highlighting its high technology with very narrow tolerances in its products, Egesembol aims to fully meet user needs by subjecting dimensional, functional, and visual controls, as well as packaging suitability, to tests.
During the production stage, process controls for each gasket are recorded, and sample specimens have been stored since the day of installation to ensure traceability.
